HH309 (VF) is adapted to both humid and arid climates.  This variety produces large, very firm, oval fruit, which have tolerance to cracking and splitting.  In addition, this variety provides a degree of tolerance to bacterial canker.  The large, semi-prostrate vine provides the fruit good cover, so sun scorching does not damage the fruit.
