Antigua

MATURITY When transplanted, ANTIGUA reaches full maturity at 75-80 days.
VINE TYPE ANTIGUA has a large sized vine with good foliar cover. 
FRUIT ANTIGUA produces large sized, smooth/oval shaped fruit. The extremely firm fruit have good internal color, thick walls, and a high tolerance to rots and molds.
DISEASE RESISTANCE ANTIGUA carries the genes (Ve, I, I2, Mi) for resistance to Verticillium race 1, Fusarium races 1 & 2, and root knot nematode.
ADAPTATION In Guatemala, ANTIGUA produces excellent yields of very firm fruit.
COMMENTS ANTIGUA adapts very well in Guatemala.
